The property is located 10 mins drive from vaishali nagar.

About the space:

All 2 bedrooms have AC, TV, wardrobe and double bed.
One of the bed rooms has 2 double bed while the other has a single double bed
Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms and extra mattresses can be provided upon request.
The lawn has seating arrangement for 10-15 people, and can host up to 50 people.
Events can be organized at an additional cost with prior notice.
Living Room and Kitchen:
The living room has WiFi and has a seating arrangement for 12-15 people.
Guests can prepare their own meals in the kitchen at no additional charges.
Guests are allowed to cook and consume vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian food.
A chef can be arranged at additional charge, subject to availability.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a gas stove and a water purifier.
Crockery is available for 14 people.
Bathrooms:
The villa has 2 private bathrooms and 1 common bathroom.
All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply.
Essentials such as towels and basic toiletries are provided.

Guest access:

The guests have access to the entire villa.

Other things to note:

Please respect the checkout time. Late checkout without prior approval will be charged at INR 2000 per hour.It still doesn’t mean that its ok.
No loud music is allowed in the villa premises after 10 PM.
Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. Guests may smoke outdoors.
Pets are allowed but are not allowed on sofas or beds.
Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
Any illegal activity – including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics – is strictly not permitted.
Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
