  • Last 10 km stretch to the property is not simple if you are self-driving and are not use to drive on ghats

About the Property:

An eco-space on the lap of Himalayas – An escape that you would have always dreaming off.

Nestled amidst the quaint little village of Hamta, is this 50-year-old traditional Himachali mud house. They have refurbished this old house to classic interiors while keeping the old world charm alive.  

You can experience a stay in Geodesic Domes Glamping tents which are perched at a height of over 2600 mt, with a splendid view of Dhauldhar ranges and Manali valley. The place is located within an apple orchard and offers dramatic views of the valley, snow-capped mountains, and the ever-drifting clouds.

You can experience magical sunrise, sunsets, and starry nights to experience nature’s magic.

Rooms:

While the place has a Mud house with some private rooms and common dormitory but the main attraction are the Geodesic Domes. We would recommend visiting this place to stay in these luxury Domes.

Showers have running hot water through solar heater and geyser both

The Geodesic domes are beautifully done and are very comfortable. The view from the domes is just wow. It is a truly an exclusive stay in Manali with a unique experience.

  • Hike to Igloo Village – Hike from the place to India’s first Igloo Village – Sethan 
  • Day hikes – Hike to viewpoints like Prini peak, Sethan dome, Jobri Waterfall or the famous Hampta Pass trek.

Food:

Get a taste of the local ingredients cooked in traditional Himachali style meals or pick up your favourite dish from their specially curated menu to suit your travel taste buds.

The chef can churn out some amazing local dishes like Siddu, Thenthuk, Momos, Local Rajma , Madira Palak etc along with Indian, Italian, Pan-Asian and Chinese cuisines.

Food overall is good and tasty.

Do try the local rice beer known as Lungri or it’s more distilled version Arak.
