There are 3 bedrooms – 2 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor.
ACs and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms.

BATHROOMS:

There are 4 bathrooms in the villa – 3 attached and 1 common.
All the attached bathrooms have geysers, towels, basic toiletries and a dressing area.
The common bathroom is a powder bathroom on the ground floor.

COMMON AREAS:

The living room seats 10 people comfortably.
It offers a TV and a music system.
The dining area seats up to 15 people.
There is a private swimming pool.
The pool is 22×12 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth.
The game room offers a pool table, board games and carrom.
There is a 43560 sq. ft. backyard that can comfortably seat more than 50 people. It is suitable for hosting events.
There are plenty of mango and coconut trees in the backyard.

KITCHEN:

There are two kitchens; main and secondary.
The kitchens are equipped with an oven, a gas stove, a water filter, a toaster, a mixer, a grinder and a refrigerator.
Crockery and cutlery are available for up to 10 people.
Guests have free access to the kitchen for preparing tea, coffee, instant noodles and reheating food.
However, for elaborate meal preparations, a charge of Rs.2000 per day will be levied.

GUEST ACCESS:

The guests have access to this entire luxury villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

FOOD:

Veg and non-veg meals are available on à la carte basis.
The caretaker will prepare the meals.
All meals will be prepared in the villa kitchen.
A barbecue kit can be arranged at no additional cost. Guests can make their own barbecue meals as per their liking.
Guests can eat out at restaurants such as Gayatri Lunch & Snacks, Goodwill Restaurant, Patang Family Restaurant and Hotel Lilak.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION:

There is no separate staff accommodation; however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge.

ACTIVITIES:

Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim, indoor games such as pool, carrom, and board games. Guests can also go out to the nearby beaches for a pleasant walk and embrace the beauty of nature.
