The Villa is in the heart of Assagao close to all popular eateries such as Gunpowder, MojiGao, Sublime, Sea, G Shot, Sorro and many many more.

The villa is a mere 10 minutes from the nearest beaches like Vagator beach, Anjuna beach and Morjim beach

The space:

Every aspect of the house has been personally designed by the owners. Every room has a different look one that is fresh and airy and perfect for a relaxing vacation in Goa. All the 5 bedrooms come with attached washroom.

The house has a 40ft long pool that is perfect for swimming or just lounging in. Massive gardens have been made that are perfect for adults to lounge in or for kids to play in.

The villa has a huge lawn with lovely plants that add an impeccable value to the property. The private pool at the villa is huge were you can swim or dive anytime you like.

The living room at the villa is huge with comfortable modern seaters that overlook the private pool. There is a porch that runs to the length of the villa were you can chill around. The living room comes with huge windows that provide adequate light and air to the place. There is a television in the living room so you can gather around for a movie time or your favorite show. There is a dining area in this villa in goa that can accommodate up to 10 pax so you can dine together. The kitchen is huge and modern with cutlery, cookware, serve ware and more. You are free to self-cook or hire a chef to do the same.

The villa has 5 bedrooms that come with comfortable beds, en- suite washrooms and more to make your stay luxurious. The rooms are spacious, airy, bright and beautiful making your space beautiful. One of the bedrooms comes with a sofa cum bed which can accommodate 2 pax. The ground floor has 1 bedroom and the other four bedrooms on the first floor. The villa is decorated with lovely indoor plants and artifacts creating a lovely environment.

Each and every amenity in the home has been carefully incorporated be it the central water heating for bathrooms, elaborate filtration plants or a complete backup generator.

The Caretaker is like owner’s family. Hailing from the North he will take care of you and try his best to make your stay comfortable in their home. Along with him a cleaning lady is also available who will make sure the house is clean and comfortable during your stay.
